Your wedding entertainment for the evening can be what you want it to be, but here is an example of what we do:
Client books us to play from 9pm to midnight:
- Where the meal is taking place in a separate room to the reception, we arrive at 7pm and set up PA system, amplifiers, tune guitars / drums, set up lighting / smoke machine. Sound check at 8pm (The 'noise' lasts approximately 10minutes - Don't worry, it's not too unpleasant!).

(If the meal is in the same place as the reception, we can arrive, set up and sound check prior to the guests arriving).

We have the facility to play background music within an hour of arriving, so with the former arrival time example, this can be played from 8pm.

9pm first dance, then 1 hour 15 minutes of live music.

Break for 30 minutes, playing some great songs through the PA system (if DJ option is requried).

Play from 10.45pm to midnight; 1 hour 15 minutes of live music.
